pack when it became faulty.
This was our second experience of dealing with your company and we were just as impressed the first time around. In fact we had always meant to contact you then to thank you. You sent us the television as a replacement when we returned the original via Caravan Tech, East Sussex, when it went wrong during the warranty period. You sent us an upgraded model which we have been very pleased with.
